So this is somewhat one of the bedrooms that I will have. It will have at least 2 bedrooms, an office, nice living area and a place to host friends. The ocean doesn't have waves really...it's super blue and clear with nice sand.
Tennis courts are nearby. It's not a fancy club but has a good group of people that play there. My two dogs love the ocean and chill outside and inside. The house is uncluttered, not pretentious, and is super homey as well as modern.
